Tariffe / Fares 2009 - 2010

Le Tariffe si intendono per camera (2 persone) a notte, compresa la prima colazione.  Per camere triple o quadruple, tariffe su richiesta.

Condizioni Generali.

1.Messa a disposizione delle camere e termine del soggiorno: Qualora non fosse stato accordato diversamente, il check-in é da effettuarsi il giorno d’arrivo a partire dalle ore 14:00. Il giorno della partenza le camere dovranno essere liberate non più tardi delle ore 11:00.

2. Prezzi e obbligo di pagamento: I prezzi sono indicati sulla conferma di prenotazione, sul listino prezzi attuale o secondo accordi particolari. A seconda dell’accordo oppure dimensione della prenotazione, verrà richiesto un acconto dal 30 al 50% dell’ammontare totale. La caparra verrà sottratta dalla fattura finale.  Il saldo é da pagarsi al Check-In in EURO in contanti, non si accettano bancomat, carte di credito, assegni o cheques.

3. Annullamento della prenotazione o non-presentarsi del cliente (no-show): Annullamenti (disdette) devono venire comunicate il piú presto possibile.  Qualora la prenotazione venga annullata, la caparra non verrà restituita.  In caso di partenza anticipata verrà addebitato l’intero prezzo del soggiorno.

General Conditions.

1.Occupation and return of rooms: As long as there is no other overbearing arrangement the occupation of the rooms is possible from 2.00 pm. Return of the rooms must take place by 11.00am at the latest on the day of departure.

2. Prices and duty of payment: The prices result from the confirmation of the reservation, the current available rate, and with respect to special contract arrangements. Depending on mutual agreement, with respect to the amount of the booking, a prepayment of 30% until to 50 % is demanded. The prepayment received in time is deducted from the hotel bill or cancellation fees. The bill must be paid on check-in, only cash (Euro), no cheques or credit cards accepted.

3. Policy and consequences of a cancellation or a reservation not taken up (no-show): The customer must inform of a cancellation as early as possible. In the case of a cancellation of a reservation, the prepayment won’t refund.  In case of premature departure  the guest will pay the total room price of total reserved stay.
